    Just two weeks after our first meeting, Tim was called back to draw up the plans. He was  stunned. He called me to ask,  “What did you do to them? These are not the same people. And how did the scope of work expand from just the kitchen to the entire house?”  

 

    Before I could try to explain, he said, “Never mind. They are both excited and we’re finally moving forward”.
